‘Law & Order’ (1990–2010; 2022–present)

‘Law & Order’ originally aired from 1990 to 2010 and created the popular ‘Law & Order’ franchise by showing both police investigations and courtroom prosecutions in New York City. NBC brought the show back in 2022 with a mix of familiar and new actors. You can now watch new seasons on NBC and stream them on Peacock after they air. ‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ (2020–present)

‘The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’ is the tenth installment of the popular ‘Real Housewives’ franchise. It follows the lives of women in the Salt Lake City area as they navigate their careers, families, and relationships. The show first aired in November 2020 and new seasons continue to be released on Bravo, with episodes also available for streaming on Peacock. While adding new cast members, the show has kept its original personalities, and has also led to additional shows featuring cast member Heather Gay.
‘St. Denis Medical’ (2024–present)

St. Denis Medical is a funny, realistic workplace comedy created by Justin Spitzer and Eric Ledgin. Set in a struggling hospital in Oregon, the show premiered on NBC in November 2024 and is also available to stream on Peacock. Season 2 arrived in November 2025. The cast includes Wendi McLendon-Covey, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Mekki Leeper, Kahyun Kim, Kaliko Kauahi, and David Alan Grier. Due to its success, the show was picked up for another season and new episodes air weekly on NBC, with episodes becoming available on Peacock the next day.
‘Chicago Med’ (2015–present)

‘Chicago Med’ is a medical drama set in the busy emergency room of Gaffney Chicago Medical Center. It’s part of the ‘One Chicago’ universe, connecting with shows like ‘Chicago Fire’ and ‘Chicago P.D.’ through shared storylines. The series first aired in November 2015 and has been renewed through 2025. You can watch new episodes on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
‘Married at First Sight’ (2014–present)

‘Married at First Sight’ is a reality show where single people meet their spouse for the very first time on their wedding day. The show follows these couples as they navigate marriage, live together, and ultimately decide if they want to stay married. Originally created in Denmark, it came to the U.S. in 2014 and aired on FYI and A&E before moving to Lifetime. In 2025, Peacock began streaming the show and ordered three more seasons. Several spin-off shows have also been created to follow the couples after the initial experiment ends.
‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ (2006–present)

‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ launched the popular ‘Real Housewives’ series on Bravo in March 2006. The show follows the lives of women in Orange County, California, both at home and at work, and has led to many spin-off shows. You can stream both new episodes and past seasons on Peacock after they air on Bravo. The show is still going strong with new seasons being added regularly, remaining the cornerstone of the franchise.
‘Chicago Fire’ (2012–present)

‘Chicago Fire’ kicked off the popular ‘One Chicago’ franchise, following the lives of firefighters and paramedics at Firehouse 51. The show premiered on NBC in October 2012 and continues with new seasons, which are also available to stream on Peacock the day after they air. ‘Chicago Fire’ frequently features crossover episodes with ‘Chicago P.D.’ and ‘Chicago Med,’ creating connected stories within the city. NBC has announced that the series will return for more seasons in Fall 2025, with episodes later available on Peacock.
‘Chicago P.D.’ (2014–present)

‘Chicago P.D.’ follows the detectives of the 21st District of the Chicago Police Department as they investigate serious crimes throughout the city. It’s part of the popular ‘One Chicago’ television franchise created by Dick Wolf, and premiered in January 2014. New seasons are planned through 2025, and episodes are available to stream on Peacock. The show often features crossover events with ‘Chicago Fire’ and ‘Chicago Med’. NBC has renewed ‘Chicago P.D.’ for a thirteenth season, extending its run through 2025.
‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit’ (1999–present)

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (SVU) is a popular NBC drama that follows detectives investigating and prosecuting sexually based offenses. Created by Dick Wolf and starring Mariska Hargitay as Olivia Benson, it’s a long-running extension of the ‘Law & Order’ franchise, now with over 25 seasons. You can watch episodes on Peacock, including the latest season, and it remains a key part of NBC’s Thursday night programming.
‘All Her Fault’ (2025)

The eight-part thriller series ‘All Her Fault,’ based on Andrea Mara’s novel, centers on Marissa Irvine whose ordinary school pickup turns into a search for a missing child. Starring Sarah Snook and Dakota Fanning, the show was primarily filmed in Melbourne, Australia, despite being set in Chicago, to make production easier and more affordable. It debuted on Peacock in the U.S. on November 6, 2025. While set in Chicago, iconic locations like Cloud Gate and the Chicago Riverwalk are only briefly shown, with most scenes filmed using Melbourne as a substitute. Minkie Spiro directed the episodes.
