FX has unveiled the complete trailer for the upcoming series called Alien: Earth, which is part of the ongoing Alien saga. This new episode will air on FX starting August 12, and it can also be streamed on Hulu. Additionally, it’s accessible through Hulu on Disney+.

What’s Alien: Earth About?
In the year 2120, Alien: Earth centers around “Wendy” (portrayed by Sydney Chandler), an innovative hybrid character – half synthetic, half human consciousness, developed by Prodigy Corporation. The narrative unfolds when the USCSS Maginot, a space research vessel, experiences a catastrophic crash on our planet. Wendy, accompanied by a group of tactical soldiers, must confront menacing new hazards that arise following the disaster.
In the fictional series ‘Alien: Earth’, the planet is governed by five powerful conglomerates: Prodigy, Weyland-Yutani, Lynch, Dynamic, and Threshold. During what the show refers to as the “Corporate Era”, cyborgs, synthetics, and now hybrids coexist with humans. However, when a Weyland-Yutani spaceship collides with Prodigy City, Wendy and other hybrids come across lifeforms that are more perilous than anticipated.
Cast and Creative Team
The main characters are headed by Sydney Chandler, with Timothy Olyphant, Alex Lawther, Samuel Blenkin, Babou Ceesay, Adrian Edmondson, David Rysdahl, Essie Davis, Lily Newmark, Erana James, Adarsh Gourav, Jonathan Ajayi, Kit Young, Diêm Camille, Moe Bar-El, and Sandra Yi Sencindiver also featuring in the production.
The television show titled “Earth: Alien” is developed and overseen by Noah Hawley, famous for shows like “Fargo” and “Legion“. Additionally, Ridley Scott lends his executive producer role, maintaining his connection with the franchise. The production company behind this series is FX Productions.
