There’s been plenty of talk about the actor, famous for his role as Reacher, expressing his desire multiple times to take on the part of Batman in DC’s universe.
Ritchson Confirms Batman Conversations Happened
Responding to queries about rumors linking him to the Batman part in the fresh DC Universe, Ritchson neither confirmed nor denied but provided a realistic answer instead.

I want to make it clear to everyone. While there have been discussions about Batman, I can assure you that a role as Batman doesn’t seem likely in my future.
However, Ritchson didn’t close the door on joining the DCU altogether.
