The service is also boosted by popular content from CBS and Nickelodeon, which continues to attract viewers alongside newer releases. ‘The King of Queens’ (1998–2007)

‘The King of Queens’ is a funny sitcom about Doug Heffernan, a delivery driver in Queens, New York, and his wife, Carrie. Things get chaotic when Carrie’s quirky and often difficult father, Arthur, moves in with them. The show hilariously portrays the everyday challenges of a working-class couple as they balance family, friends, and life. It aired on CBS for nine seasons and continues to be a favorite for those looking for a lighthearted laugh.

‘Mayor of Kingstown’ (2021–)

This series, set in a made-up town in Michigan, explores how the prison system drives the local economy. As a huge crime drama fan, I’ve always been fascinated by ‘Criminal Minds’. It follows the FBI’s team of profilers – these incredibly smart people who basically get inside the heads of the worst criminals. It’s a pretty dark show, leaning heavily into the psychology of it all, and how they use forensic science to crack really tough cases. I was thrilled when they brought it back as ‘Criminal Minds: Evolution’ – it was great to see some familiar faces continuing the story.

‘Tulsa King’ (2022–)

Sylvester Stallone plays Dwight Manfredi, nicknamed ‘The General,’ a Mafia boss who gets out of prison after 25 years and is sent to Tulsa, Oklahoma. He’s told to start a new criminal operation in a place he doesn’t know, so he puts together a team of local helpers. The show combines the world of organized crime with the humor of someone trying to adjust to a very different, modern world. ‘Tulsa King’ has been popular with viewers, and the streaming service has already ordered more seasons.

‘School Spirits’ (2023–)

‘School Spirits’ is a teen drama with a supernatural twist. It follows Maddie, a high school student who unexpectedly finds herself as a ghost, stuck at her school after her death. While trying to figure out what happened to her, she meets other spirits who also died on campus. Maddie has to deal with the complicated relationships of both the living and the ghostly students as she searches for answers. The show is based on a graphic novel by Maria Nguyen and has quickly become popular thanks to its original storyline.

‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ (1999–)

‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ is a beloved animated series about a cheerful sponge who lives in a pineapple underwater. Along with his friends Patrick and Sandy, SpongeBob works at the Krusty Krab and always seems to get into wacky adventures. The show is famous for its silly and unusual humor, and it’s become a hugely popular franchise. It continues to be a favorite on Nickelodeon and a top choice for kids watching the channel.

‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ (1996–2005)
