Jordan is something to eagerly anticipate. Michael B. Jordan will be featured in the upcoming vampire horror movie titled “Sinners“, which is directed by Ryan Coogler. This film is scheduled to premiere in U.S. cinemas on March 7, 2025, and it offers a blend of emotional family storylines, redemptive themes, and chilling supernatural elements. Jordan assumes the demanding task of portraying twin brothers, Elijah and Elias Smoke.
The narrative unfolds around the siblings, who decide to move back to their native town for a new beginning, escaping their turbulent histories. However, their aspirations take an ominous twist upon meeting a malevolent entity, resulting in a nerve-wracking and tense adventure.
Ryan Coogler, who has previously collaborated with Jordan on “Fruitvale Station,” “Creed,” and “Black Panther,” is not only responsible for penning and directing the upcoming film titled “Sinners.” Additionally, Coogler’s production company, Proximity Media, will produce this movie along with Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian.
In this production, Hailee Steinfeld takes on the role of Mary, while Jack O’Connell and Wunmi Mosaku portray characters named Annie and Cornbread respectively. Jayme Lawson plays Pearl, Delroy Lindo is cast as Slim, and Li Jun Li joins as Grace. The supporting cast also boasts a wealth of talent. On the production side, Ludwig Göransson, an Academy Award-winning composer, has signed on as an executive producer, further enriching the project with his expertise.
The filming was done between April and July of 2024. After a fierce bidding war earlier in the year, Warner Bros. Pictures secured the distribution rights for the movie.
