In the June 19th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, various relationships faced testing times, and dormant feelings resurfaced, causing fresh turmoil. As Hope and Carter deliberated their future, Steffy took an unexpected step to rekindle Daphne’s presence from Paris. At the same time, Ridge grappled with his emotions upon witnessing Brooke with a past acquaintance, Nick Marone.

Hope shares concerns over Daphne’s return

At Forrester Creations, a meeting concluded where Steffy proposed rejuvenating their perfume collection by recalling Daphne from Paris. However, Carter appeared hesitant about this idea. Hope concurred that it could benefit the brand but emphasized the past when Daphne had feelings for Carter and is now engaged to him. She voiced concerns about whether Daphne would respect their relationship dynamics.

Later on, Hope and Carter exchanged a kiss in a more secluded area, the wardrobe room, as they delved deeper into the matter concerning Daphne. Hope confessed her reservations about trusting Daphne, despite her faith in Carter. Though she acknowledged the business aspects, she expressed concerns that Daphne’s presence might trigger memories of past troubles. Carter offered comfort by suggesting that Steffy probably wouldn’t succeed in her attempts and that Daphne would remain in Paris.

In Paris, Steffy phoned Daphne to compliment her on the new fragrance sample and ask her to return to Los Angeles. Daphne hesitated, reminding Steffy that the product should be able to stand alone. Upon learning about Carter and Hope’s engagement, Daphne declined the invitation, stating she couldn’t make the trip back at this time, not with thoughts of Carter on her mind. After ending the call, Daphne began reminiscing about her past moments with Carter.

Ridge is bothered by Nick and Brooke’s reunion

Simultaneously at the Forrester mansion, Taylor observed that Ridge seemed preoccupied. He eventually confessed that he had unexpectedly walked in on Brooke with Nick Marone. Ridge admitted his discomfort seeing them together. While insisting it wasn’t about Brooke, he referred to Nick as a ‘jerk’ and stated he never held a fondness for him or Bill, accusing both of having large egos.

Taylor explained to Ridge that Brooke was entitled to visit Nick. She also hinted that there could be a possible reconciliation between Brooke and Nick, which made Ridge even more upset. Nevertheless, they parted their heated discussion with a friendly hug.

In another location, Brooke shared with Katie about an unexpected visit from Nick. This revelation left Katie stunned when she discovered Nick had kissed Brooke. She implied that perhaps the timing was appropriate for him. Brooke confessed that Nick told her she deserved more than Ridge, a statement with which she agreed. Katie surmised that Ridge might be feeling jealous, particularly after finding out he interrupted them. Brooke mentioned that Ridge had instructed her to keep her distance from Nick, leading Katie to infer that Ridge may still harbor feelings for her.
