‘Vision Quest’s’ Ending Could Reportedly Feature Ghost Agatha Or a Return Of a Fan-Favorite Character

Initially when “WandaVision” debuted, Marvel announced that two subsequent series were in production. One was centered around Agatha Harkness, while the other followed White Vision. Now, following the success of “Agatha: All Along“, anticipation is growing for the final chapter of this de facto trilogy – “Vision Quest“.

At this point, we’re still discovering a lot about “Vision Quest,” but what’s certain is that it will delve into the tale of White Vision following the occurrences in “WandaVision.

As a movie enthusiast, I’m eagerly anticipating the reappearance of the menacing Ultron, the robotic antagonist. There’s even talk circulating that his supposed spouse, Jocasta, could make an appearance in the series as well.

Paul Bettany, the actor portraying Vision, has been revisiting the show “Agatha All Along” to prepare for his part in “Vision Quest”. This suggests a strong narrative connection between the tales presented in these Marvel spin-offs.

Daniel Richtman, a renowned figure in the entertainment business, disclosed some fresh insights regarding the show. He mentioned that the makers of Vision Quest are currently examining various conclusions for the series. One possible finale might revolve around Ghost Agatha and Billy, while another could concentrate on Wanda.

Additionally, Richtman noted that the creative team is working on reducing costs in the special effects department. Rather than maintaining a robot-like appearance for the artificial characters throughout, they aim to make them resemble ordinary humans most of the time instead.

By doing so, they aim to wrap up shooting sooner, potentially launching the series by the following year. Richtman announced this update on his Patreon platform.

Principal photography for “Vision Quest” commenced on March 14, 2025, at Pinewood Studios in London. During the production process, it was temporarily known as “Tin Man.

The team of directors includes Terry Matalas, Laura Byrne, Vincenzo Natali, and Samira Monteiro. The roles of cinematographer are held by Christopher Ross and Neville Kidd. Initially, filming was set to commence towards the end of 2024; however, there has been a slight pushback in the schedule. Amelia Allwarden, who edited the movie “Echo” released in 2024, is also responsible for editing “Vision Quest”.

The film titled “Vision Quest” is slated for release on Disney+ in the year 2026, and it’s set to be included in the sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
