What Is Justin Baldoni Doing After Losing USD 400 Million Lawsuit Against It Ends With Us Co-Star Blake Lively?

Justin Baldoni, known for his role in “The It Ends With Us,” is choosing to prioritize time with his loved ones over legal challenges, as he recently enjoyed a sun-soaked family vacation in beautiful Costa Rica.

After the lawsuit worth 400 million USD filed by Baldoni against Blake Lively was thrown out on June 9, the family decided to go on an outing.

According to a trusted insider, the actor, who was part of Jane the Virgin, is currently vacationing with his family in beautiful Costa Rica. Earlier, photographs showed him carrying a surfboard at the beach.

The video recording of him was shared on social media platforms as a heartfelt tribute for Father’s Day. A week following the court case dismissal, the video was uploaded to Reddit.

Justin Baldoni’s lawsuit against Blake Lively dismissed

Since December 2024, Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively have been embroiled in a prolonged legal dispute. This began when Blake, an actress, initially filed a lawsuit against her co-star, alleging instances of sexual harassment and orchestrating a defamatory campaign against her.

A few weeks after the initial lawsuit, the filmmaker also took legal action by filing a counterclaim against Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, alleging defamation and extortion.

On June 9th, the mother of four breathed a sigh of relief when the court threw out Baldoni’s lawsuit filed against her.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: Despite the ruling, Baldoni and his legal team have been given the chance to continue their case against Lively. They can do so based on allegations of a breach of implied contract and tortious interference with that contract by June 23rd.

After the dismissal of the lawsuit, the actress expressed her feelings on Instagram. On her stories, the star of The Age of Adeline wrote, “Much like countless others, I’ve experienced the pain of a vindictive lawsuit, enduring the attempt to impose manufactured shame intended to break us. Although the suit filed against me was dismissed, many people lack the resources to defend themselves.

As a passionate advocate for women’s rights, I am more determined than ever to uphold the right of every woman to express herself, ensuring her safety, self-respect, honor, and narrative.

However, Justin Baldoni thought the ruling wasn’t fair, said his attorney, Bryan Freedman.
