1. Review of Suspected Excess 5★ Costume Ticket Acquisition

After issuing our first notice, we meticulously examined all records of purchases and usage for the 5-star Costume Guaranteed Draw Ticket from June 16, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM to December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM (Korean Standard Time).

The investigation confirmed that no accounts gained more than the allowable amount.

The design of our server ensures it’s impervious to any tampering with in-game currency. Upon thorough examination, we discovered no instances of unauthorized activity within the server database.

Concerning the questionable screenshots, our examination indicates they merely modified the visible balance on the screen through client-side memory adjustments. These changes do not impact the server and cannot be utilized or spent within the game.

2. Reports of Other Illegitimate Currency Acquisition

Additionally, we examined evidence indicating that players might be able to gain unusual currencies via the in-game mailbox. However, as previously stated, our server’s security measures protect against currency manipulation. We tried replicating the reported methods and similar attempts, but could not find any such flaw in the system.

3. Abnormal Field Movement Cases

At present, we’re examining claims that some players are exploiting unusual movements on the field for an unjustified edge. Here are the key actions we’ve pinpointed:

Right now, we’re looking into accusations that certain players are employing strange movements during gameplay to secure an undeserved advantage. The following are the primary tactics we’ve spotted:

Characters are immediately transported to locations where treasures can be found, or discoveries made, to earn rewards.

Or, to make it simpler:
Characters quickly move to spots with loot or clues, earning rewards after they arrive.

Monsters are pulled towards magic circles for an easy conquest.

Or, in a more straightforward way:
Monsters are forced closer to magic circles to facilitate their defeat.

It seems these actions might stem from clients making changes without authorization, enabling them to adjust map and object positions. We’re checking all related data to find any users possibly taking advantage of such unauthorized activity.

Kindly be aware that a detailed examination is currently underway, which might require some patience. We’re taking great care to ensure no one unfairly accused, and we’ll make sure to communicate the findings once the investigation has wrapped up.

4. Action Plan & Improvements

To prevent these types of exploits, we are implementing the following measures:

Enhancing our system’s ability to identify unusual movements in the field:

We are making improvements to better detect anomalous actions like rapid item collection or instant teleportation. Any patterns that deviate from regular gameplay will be marked automatically, potentially requiring a closer look and possible disciplinary measures.

Enhancing Instant Currency Tracking: We’re improving our tools for closely watching and identifying unusual fluctuations in account balances or transactional patterns related to currencies. Any questionable activity sets off alarms, allowing us to react promptly.

5. Final Remarks

If unusual behavior is detected in any account within our server database, severe consequences such as permanent bans will be enforced. Any attempts to manipulate the client or employ external tools for an unfair advantage in the game will not be allowed and will promptly lead to disciplinary measures, regardless of the circumstances.
