Crypto Rollercoaster: Bitcoin Outflows, Ether Inflows – What’s Next? 🚀💸

Oh, sweet baby Jesus, just when you thought it was safe to check your portfolio—Bitcoin ETFs decided to go on a diet with a lovely $129 million retreat, marking their second week of red. Meanwhile, Ether ETFs are basically the overachieving kid in class, racking up their fourth week of solid inflow at a spicy $281.07 million—the third-highest stash of 2025. Yep, it’s a tale of two crypto markets playing hard to get.

Bitcoin ETFs Log Second Straight Week of Outflows While Ether ETFs Shine With Fourth Successive Week of Inflows

The past week saw Bitcoin ETFs doing a spectacular impression of a sinking ship, losing a cool $128.81 million as investors decided to take their money elsewhere faster than you can say “blockchain.” Thursday, June 5, was basically the worst day ever for Bitcoin ETFs, with a total hemorrhage of $278.44 million—ouch. Despite a couple of bright spots (hello, Blackrock’s IBIT with an $81 million hug from investors), the bears were clearly in charge, knocking out Fidelity’s FBTC with a $167.72 million knockout punch, along with other flickering declines from Grayscale and Ark.

Meanwhile, Ether ETFs decided to turn on the charm, with Blackrock’s ETHA pulling in $249.15 million—basically throwing a party and inviting everyone. Grayscale’s Ether Mini Trust and Fidelity’s FETH also snagged a few million, waving the confidence flag high and mighty. No ether ETF even thought about exiting—nada, zilch, zip—proof that investors are somehow still convinced that Ether is the cool kid on the crypto block.

In total, Bitcoin ETFs are holding onto a hefty $125.58 billion, while Ether ETFs are doing their best to look modest with $9.40 billion. All in all, it seems like investors are giving Ether a standing ovation while Bitcoin takes a bit of a sabbatical. The market’s mood suggests that, perhaps, Ether’s the new shiny toy—while Bitcoin’s just sulking in the corner, wondering where it went wrong.
