Daredevil: Born Again Fans Roast Awful White Tiger Suit Leak and Creative Reset

The disarray of “Daredevil: Born Again” persists, as a fresh image from Season 2 emerges showcasing a gritty adaptation of the White Tiger‘s outfit, donned by Angela. Already, there’s a wave of criticism sweeping across online platforms about this new suit design.

Critics are labeling it as low-budget, unprofessional, and even humiliating. To make things worse, there’s a possibility of Karen Page appearing in a red mask on the sidelines, which certainly isn’t making things better.

Additionally, it seems they are joining Daredevil’s group, referred to as his “army,” which was established during the last episode of the first season. This appears to be Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige’s response to the character of Kingpin.

Marvel’s “Creative Reset” Looks Like a Total Joke

It’s surprising to see what Marvel has come up with following such extensive changes in Season 1. The new showrunners and creative reset were meant to deliver a grittier, realistic Daredevil. However, the outcome seems to be overly extravagant costumes and a group that appears more like an enthusiastic cosplay gathering than genuine street-level heroes.

If Feige’s strategy against Kingpin’s rising power is to assemble Daredevil’s team of teenagers in hoodies, it’s no surprise that the show didn’t make it on the Nielsen charts for the first time in MCU history. This doesn’t seem like a reprise of “Born Again,” rather it appears to be the character’s demise, similar to how Feige has handled many Marvel characters post-“Endgame.” The original White Tiger was written off in the first season and replaced with M She U. How has this transition been going?

Daredevil’s Army: All Girl Power, No Grit?

In the second season of Daredevil, Feige has confirmed that Krysten Ritter will reprise her role as Jessica Jones. It seems that Jessica is part of Daredevil’s team this time around. Despite being one of the toughest characters, some might wonder about the masculinity, with this perhaps appearing to be a battle between men and women? However, it’s essential to remember that these are just characters in a show, not a real-life conflict.

In Season 1, Charlie Cox played a Matt Murdock who seemed to lack masculinity and seldom wore his suit. Vincent D’Onofrio once again portrayed Kingpin, constantly shedding tears. It was nice to see Jon Bernthal return as The Punisher, but he didn’t have much screen time. Let’s hope that Bernthal delivers better in the upcoming Punisher Special, although whispers don’t instill confidence about the villain, who is reportedly a disabled female crime lord.
