Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Ex Cassie Ventura Recalls Battling Stomach Issues, Infection and Mouth Sores From Freak Offs During Testimony

Cassie Ventura provided detailed accounts of how the sexually charged “Freak Off” events organized by Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs impacted her, as she testified for a second time during the high-profile sex trafficking trial. She disclosed that these parties left her feeling distressed, both mentally and physically.

On Wednesday, the singer returned to Manhattan federal court where Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson inquired about any health problems caused by excessive partying that the 38-year-old had experienced. In response, she admitted to having frequent stomach and gastrointestinal issues due to drug use.

Ventura openly disclosed that participating in “Freak-Offs” often led to recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in her case. Additionally, she endured soreness on her tongue as a result of the orgies, which caused significant discomfort for an extended period. She admitted that she found it hard to believe that she had tolerated such a situation.

In addition to engaging in strange sexual behavior, Combs was also prone to violence during parties. As Ventura recounts, they even had physical altercations during their relationship. However, she soon discovered that responding with force would only intensify the conflict and potentially worsen her situation.

“I felt empty and gross,” she revealed, describing the aftermath of the “Freak Offs.”

Following their recovery routine, they opted for IV fluids, massages, and painkillers after the festivities instead. Ventura clarified, “I leaned so heavily on painkillers because they would leave me feeling insensate.

Ventura stated that Combs would intimidate her by implying he had videos of her from the “Freak Offs” and would use them to silence her. She expressed her concern for both her career and her family, stating it was a horrifying and disgusting act that no one should inflict upon anyone else.

The trial kicked off on Monday, starting with opening statements and subsequent emotional testimonies from claimed victims. A particularly unsettling part occurred when the jury was presented with hotel security footage from 2016. The video seemed to depict Combs forcibly pulling and attacking Ventura in a hotel lobby.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denies any wrongdoing.
