At the Umbrella Foundation’s gathering, the mother and son were full of joy. Yet, attentive spectators noticed that Cyrus was not her evening companion. In an unexpected turn of events, the British actress shared a photo of herself with the lyricist on her Instagram, disclosing the surprise.
April 20th saw her sharing a photo of the pair, smiling in front of a place that looked like a farm. Both were dressed in blue shirts, with Miley Cyrus giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek. Her Easter greeting was included in the post’s caption at the time.
A few days later, the actress from Gossip Girl posted even more affectionate photos of them on her social platforms. Additionally, the musician shared a separate photo of the pair kissing on Instagram. Underneath the post, she wrote, “You <3”.
It appears that Damion gave his approval to Elizabeth’s relationship with Cyrus. This became evident when he responded affectionately to a photo of them, as he wrote “Awwww.” Their romance started two years ago after they met on the set of their 2022 holiday movie Christmas in Paradise.
Previously divorced from Firerose in August of the previous year, the singer known for “Achy Breaky Heart” recently spoke up about his relationship with Elizabeth. In an interview on Apple Music Country’s The Ty Bentli Show, Cyrus disclosed that the actress had contacted him during a challenging period in his life.
He expressed feeling overwhelmed, saying something like, ‘Gee, can life become any more challenging? Any more difficult?’ He continued, sharing that it was during this moment when a friend offered support.” The singer confessed that what he truly needed was a friend who could make him laugh at that particular time.
