Not Embarrassing Iron Man

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but express my excitement over the imminent Marvel’s Ironheart Disney+ series. The man behind the Iron Man suit, none other than Tony Stark himself, has bestowed his approval upon actress Dominique Thorne, giving her a hearty double thumbs up!

In the movie “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” the character portrayed by an actress debuted, much like in the comics, as Riri Williams – a brilliant young individual who acquires her own armor, which is based on technology from Tony Stark.

Actor Robert Downey Jr. has been confirmed to rejoin the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but this time he won’t be playing Iron Man. Instead, he will portray Doctor Doom in the upcoming films ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ and ‘Secret Wars’. Additionally, there are whispers that actress Dominique Thorne might also make an appearance in these movies as part of the 60-character lineup they’re currently filming.

Robert Downey Jr. gives two thumbs up

In an interview with Empire, Bella Thorne shared that she had a conversation with Robert Downey Jr following the wrap-up of their project, and he expressed some heartwarming sentiments about her journey. He conveyed his enthusiasm for the project and voiced his support as well. Essentially, I received a double thumbs up from him. It’s incredibly comforting to know that I’m not letting down Iron Man on this venture.

Thorne also described how economically her Ironheart is different than Iron Man.

I’m marveling at her scavenging skills, while Tony Stark was a billionaire,” Thorne put it. “The feats she manages are simply astonishing.

Gangsters turned activists

Further insights from the seemingly antagonistic character, The Hood (portrayed by Anthony Ramos), have shed light on the fact that the show revolves around a group of former gangsters who transform into activists, all set in the city of Chicago.

In the comics, Parker Robinson hails from New York. However, our character is based in Chicago, which is where our series is set. To make him truly captivating, we’ve crafted an intriguing backstory for him. We’ve made his mother a member of the Young Lords and raised him as a former gang member turned activist.

Ramos commented, “Chicago significantly shapes the personalities of each character and this series as a whole, so I can’t wait for audiences to feel that connection.
