MHA Vigilantes Ep 5: Pop’s Secret Past REVEALED! Plus, a Villain’s Shocking Return!

In the latest episode of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, titled Top Runner, I found myself attempting to inquire about the Bee User from Knuckleduster during our training session. Regrettably, he remained tight-lipped on the matter. It was then revealed that Kuin, under instructions to perfect Trigger testing, administered a dose to a drug addict, which led to an uncontrollable rampage. With great effort, Knuckleduster managed to subdue him, rekindling his determination once more.

In due course, Koichi crossed paths with Ingenium who took him under his wing and proposed a potential position for him, but subsequently rescinded it upon discovering his vigilante activities. That very night, Koichi teamed up with Knuckleduster to help Team Idaten thwart a Bat Villain, thereby earning Ingenium’s admiration even without the job offer standing.

In the fifth episode of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, Pop☆Step’s brash demeanor masks an unspoken past event involving Koichi. Despite her difficulties in openly expressing her emotions, another plot unfolds. A former adversary named Ganko, who was once apprehended by Koichi and his comrades, reappears as a new threat.

Yet, Ganko has grown significantly more formidable thanks to a stronger variant of Trigger. In the ensuing confrontation with Koichi, he’s poised to overpower him. However, as it appears that defeat is imminent, someone unexpectedly intervenes, halting the fight and potentially influencing the outcome of Koichi’s struggle against this powerful adversary.
