The upcoming third installment of the Now You See Me series is set to premiere soon, as Lionsgate has released the initial trailer for Now You Can See Me: Now You Don’t. In this movie, Jesse Eisenberg reprises his role as the horseman, joined once again by his co-stars Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, and Morgan Freeman. The talented horsemen are gearing up to delight audiences with fresh surprises and new magical feats.
In addition to the familiar figures, there are also some fresh additions to the group, such as Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt. Furthermore, fans will be delighted to know that Rosamund Pike, who played one of the audience’s favorite villains, has joined the cast for the upcoming sequel.
In the trailer shown at CinemaCon, Eisenberg’s character enlists fresh faces onto his team. These newbies have their own set of skills and aim to swipe the heart diamond from Pike’s corrupt character. Following a successful robbery, the horsemen then plot to dismantle an international criminal network.
In the movie, the Four Horsemen make their comeback and are joined by a fresh group of illusionists who perform mind-boggling twists, unexpected turns, shocking surprises, and magic that has never been seen before on screen.
The forthcoming film is being helmed by Ruben Fleischer, with rumors suggesting that he plans to revisit the franchise for potential sequels.
Lionsgate Executive Chairman, Adam Fogelson, commended the director’s work by stating, “Ruben has skillfully incorporated all the surprises, turns, and deceptive moves that viewers have come to anticipate from this series. He’s not only raised the tension but also expanded the scope in every aspect.
