Predator Kills the Marvel Universe

Here are two points to keep in mind:

1. Likely, you’re already familiar with the ongoing confrontations between Predator and Marvel’s superheroes in various tales such as “Predator vs. Wolverine” and “Predator vs. Spider-Man“. These collaborative series have, generally speaking, had mixed results.

2. It might be worth mentioning that these crossover storylines involving Marvel characters and the Predator have generated diverse reactions among readers, with some finding them highly entertaining while others may not have been as impressed.

Additionally, do you recall the “X-Man Destroys the Marvel Universe” series from Marvel Comics? Notably, there was one featuring Deadpool, and it seems another similar series is on its way.

Leveraging the triumph of the hybrid “Predator vs.” franchise, Marvel is planning to elevate the action even further with an exciting new series on the horizon.

The upcoming series, called “Predator Conquers the Marvel Universe“, is being created by Benjamin Percy, who wrote “Predator vs. Spider-Man“, and artist Marcelo Ferreira. This new series will mark the grand finale of Percy’s entire “Predator vs.” saga.

In a scenario not hard to envision, the Predator confronts our beloved superheroes. Given Marvel’s style in its comics, it seems quite improbable that every hero will come out unscathed. This notion was even hinted at by Percy.

In a surprising turn of events, Percy hinted that the playing field has not only been equalized, but it now favors the Yautja in the upcoming Predator vs. Spider-Man movie. Although I can’t disclose all the details before its release, there’s a major twist at the end that will leave audiences stunned.

Now, if you’ve kept up with the storyline, you might have already noticed this intriguing connection: in Predator vs. Black Panther (now available as a graphic novel compilation), the Yautja raided the Wakandan mines. Given their relentless pursuit of technology and weaponry, one can only imagine the destructive power they could wield with access to the legendary ‘godmetal’.

Apart from that, he elaborates on how this concludes his tale in an impressive manner. “Over the last few years, I’ve had a blast writing the Predator Versus series. The Yautja have pursued Wolverine through the decades, they’ve clashed with Black Panther and raided Wakanda for vibranium, and they’ve confronted Spider-Man and Kraven during a sweltering heat wave in New York. These narratives have been carefully constructed to lead up to something grand. The connections between them will be unveiled in this action-packed, gory, five-part story.

Regarding the title, Percy clarified that it wasn’t meant to be a sneak peek or a trick, as previously mentioned, numerous lives could be at stake, possibly many. “The title isn’t deceiving,” Percy added. “This is going to be tough. Main characters, both heroes and villains, will perish – while others will rise against this catastrophic event. The Predator King has arrived – the Yautja are equipped with vibranium – and Earth has been transformed into a hunting ground,” he continued.
