According to reports, after their breakup, Post Malone’s ex-fiancee has filed legal documents regarding their shared two-year-old child. It appears that the musician intends to seek custody of this young one.
During the period when Malone was dating, he kept the names of his girlfriend and baby hidden from the public, causing his fans to speculate and refer to his girlfriend as Jamie. Later on, the singer announced on his social media account that he was engaged to Jamie.
As per Page Six’s reports, Jamie disclosed last week that her true name is Hee Sung Park and she was initiating legal proceedings to secure sole custody of her child. It has been claimed that Park managed to find the Fortnite singer, and had the documents delivered to his Los Angeles residence two days before he was due to perform at Coachella.
According to a reliable source near Malone, the process server delivered the documents directly to the singer themselves around 1:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon.

Regarding the legal matters, Park stated that she referred to her daughter as DDB and sought full custody because the child has lived with her since last November. However, she expressed a willingness to consider joint custody or even allow visitation rights for her former fiancé.
In the ensuing pages, it becomes clear that the ex-couple separated in December 2024, with their daughter born in May 2022. Park insisted that Malone should pay all her legal fees. Regarding child support, Hee Sung mentioned, “The court has the authority to order child support and issue an earnings assignment without giving additional notice to either party.”
As per the latest updates, Malone has already handed over his personal, sealed custody papers in Utah. However, he hasn’t yet provided a response to Park’s court filing.
