Katy Perry Returns to Earth After Historical Space Trip; Singer’s Daughter Watches in Awe

4-year-old Daisy Dove Bloom, daughter of Katy Perry, witnessed her mother making history upon her return from a space voyage. On the 14th of April, the singer known for “Dark Horse” descended back to Earth following her groundbreaking space expedition with an all-female team.

As an overjoyed and dedicated fan, I had the incredible honor to be part of the extraordinary crew that embarked on a journey with Blue Origin, joining CBS Mornings anchor Gayle King, activist Amanda Nguyen, former NASA rocket scientist Aisha Bowe, film producer Kerianne Flynn, and the fiancée of Blue Origin’s founder Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sánchez.

Four-year-old girl was attired in her personal spacesuit, gazing skyward with a radiant grin as she watched a capsule gently touch down. Having spent several minutes in outer space, Perry safely returned to Earth, an event that was streamed live on Blue Origin’s official site.

The mother, filled with pride, carried a delicate daisy bloom during her space voyage, a gesture honoring her child. Exiting the capsule, she raised the flower high toward the heavens and gently placed a kiss upon it before bending down to touch it tenderly.

After her return to Earth, the singer expressed to journalists that this experience was nearly as meaningful as motherhood for her. She confessed that parting from her home planet and her daughter was challenging, yet she found herself yielding to the cosmos.

In my own words, embarking on this space voyage was nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I felt compelled to demonstrate bravery, self-worth, and fearlessness. I had faith that the universe would ensure my well-being in the vast expanse, while simultaneously safeguarding those I hold dear back home.

Before embarking on her mission, the singer chatted with Elle magazine, playfully stating that space was long overdue for a touch of “stylishness” or “glamour”. Additionally, she humorously suggested that the female astronaut team would bring a new dimension to their roles, jokingly saying they’d make space travel more fittingly described as “space-style” instead of “astronaut.” It’s worth noting that, according to Blue Origin, the shuttle is automated and will function independently without requiring crew assistance.

Perry too, posted multiple updates on social media, showcasing the spacecraft attire of the female team, eagerly awaiting the countdown to lift-off, among other things!
