Year after year, I’m always thrilled to witness the stellar lineup gracing the screens at the venerable 78th Cannes Film Festival. This time around, it’s no exception as a host of high-profile productions helmed by some of Hollywood’s greatest directors take center stage.
This collection features movies such as Wes Anderson’s The Phoenician Scheme, Mission: Impossible – Fallout directed by Christopher McQuarrie (with Tom Cruise in the lead), and Eleanor the Great, Scarlett Johansson’s directorial debut.
This year, esteemed actor Robert De Niro is set to receive the prestigious Palme d’Or award. Meanwhile, renowned actress Juliette Binoche will head the jury for the festival. The 78th Cannes Film Festival takes place from May 13th to the 24th this year.
