This figure is overshadowed only by 2019’s “Avengers: Endgame” ($33.1M), 2023’s “The Super Mario Bros Movie” ($15.4M), and 2015’s “F7” ($13.3M).

Following closely behind Super Mario and A Minecraft Movie, Barbie also saw a strong start with an impressive $26M on its first Tuesday. However, despite Minecraft outperforming both films during its opening weekend, there’s some debate about whether the movie will maintain its momentum.
