As a devoted follower, it appears that the tale of Kim Kardashian inadvertently misplacing her diamonds has become something of a running motif on her reality series. In the most recent installment of The Kardashians, set during the Ambani wedding in India (2024), I found myself on edge as Kim Kardashian, the founder of SKIMS, became frantic upon discovering that one diamond had gone missing from her grand neckpiece.
In the broadcasted episode on March 13, viewers got to witness the sisters joining Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding festivities in India. One of Kim’s stunning outfits during this event was a lavishly embellished beige lehenga, adorned with dazzling diamonds, creating an unforgettable appearance.
Upon reaching the location, the well-known reality TV siblings were given a warm reception by the Ambani family. Not long after, the proprietor of Good American spotted a problem – one diamond was absent from Kim’s necklace. She promptly informed her sister, exclaiming, “Kim, it seems a diamond is missing! Oh my goodness!
Straightaway, their team began scouring the location they thought the diamond could’ve dropped, while Kim, looking worried, mused out loud, “Could it possibly be on me or you?
In my own words, I proceeded, “Indeed, I was carrying it with me… I moved forward, not even exchanging a warm greeting with anyone within just a few steps where it slipped away. Strangely, there was no incident that caused me to misplace it.
During the confession part of last Thursday’s show, the influential entrepreneur expressed, “I was thinking, ‘Oh dear me, I’ll have to foot the bill for this.’
Even though there was an incident, the sisters paused for a quick photo session at the magnificent location. Kim comforted, “Just to clarify, we’re indeed concerned about the diamond.” To this, Khloé joked, “Photoshoot moments!
Toward the end of the show, Kim playfully suggested she’d discovered the missing diamond in her skirt, however, during the closing remarks, it became clear that it hadn’t been found.
During an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, some might remember a comparable event involving Kim Kardashian losing a $75,000 diamond earring in Bora Bora’s waters. Her boyfriend at the time, Kris Humphries, had playfully tossed her into the water, resulting in a moment that has since become a popular meme.
