Today, Warhorse Studios and Deep Silver will unveil three updates for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II: Patch 1.2, a complimentary barbershop expansion for Henry’s character, and the launch of official modding capabilities through Steam Workshop.

Update 1.2 for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II marks a significant milestone, representing five months of tireless efforts to enhance and polish the gaming experience. This extensive update incorporates more than 1,000 corrections and upgrades across various aspects, including gameplay balance, non-player character behavior, environmental tweaks, and gear modifications.

The update further caters to community suggestions by enhancing country-specific localization. This includes more accurate Traditional and Simplified Chinese translations, clearer Korean fonts, and a freshly recorded French voiceover. For a comprehensive overview, you can find the complete details in the news section of kingdomcomerpg.com, organized by quest for convenient browsing.

Initially, one of multiple free updates coming up allows players to customize Henry’s appearance at the barber shop. You can opt for a new hairstyle or go clean-shaven, and there’s also the choice of various facial hair styles ranging from designer stubble to a full beard. Regardless of your decision, a fresh cut momentarily boosts Henry’s charm, making him even more appealing.

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled about the introduction of Steam modding support in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II! This means we now have a comprehensive set of tools at our disposal, making game modification more accessible than ever before. Best part? It seamlessly integrates with Steam Workshop. With this toolkit, players like me can modify over 300 aspects of the game – from UI and combat mechanics to RPG elements and AI behavior. Whether we want to make minor adjustments or undertake a massive overhaul, the customization possibilities are endless!

Warhorse will discuss these updates in detail during its next developer stream on March 20.

The sequel to Kingdom Come: Deliverance, titled simply as “Kingdom Come: Deliverance II,” is now accessible on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. You can purchase it in Standard, Gold, or Collector’s Editions.
