If you find the reliquary without starting the quest, returning it to Alfons will still complete the side quest in Avowed.
Debt of Blood Vemas Rogera wants revenge on a Steel Garrote captain for killing his young sentry. Offer your help to him at the Abandoned Farms in the north.

Mapping the Living Lands: Emerald Stair If you find Geirmund’s remains in Dawnshore, the quest will automatically progress for you to find Fleccia’s remains in Emerald Stair. Check the bounty board in Fior mes Ivèrno.
Memory of the Deep Josep Abaccio needs someone to investigate why his revenants are drawn to a nearby lake. Speak with him at the Coastal Farms, close to the Fior mes Ivèrno Docks, to start the side quest.
