In an exclusive interview with TopMob, actor Josh McDermitt, portraying Stuart Lane on Suits LA, shares his preference for which lawyer he would hire from the series if he found himself in a legal predicament. Faced with a challenging decision between Gabriel Macht’s Harvey Spector, Gina Torres’ Jessica Pearson, and Stephen Amell’s Ted Black, discover who Josh chooses to represent him.

Josh decided that he would ask Rick for help because it seemed like the best option considering any potential legal risks. If he required a contract or was planning to act in a movie and needed one drafted, Rick appeared to be the ideal choice. After all, Rick, played by Bryan Greenberg, is a reliable person who could handle the task efficiently and ensure that all relationships involved were properly managed.

In harder situations, McDermitt adopted a distinct strategy. “If I don’t value the connection with the movie I’m working on, I might choose Ted Black. If I truly aimed to hit the mark, as one would say.

He mentioned that his situation is quite complex, possibly involving characters such as Jessica Pearson or Harvey Specter – both renowned for their influential legal prowess. He elaborated on this.

In his comments, he expressed admiration for Gina Torres’ portrayal of Jessica, stating, “I am a big fan of Gina Torres. I believe she’s an outstanding actress. Her interpretation of Jessica was excellent. If given the chance, I would select her to represent me because I find her to be dignified, intelligent, and an exceptional lawyer. On a personal level, that’s the kind of people I aspire to associate with.

Despite this, he conceded that occasionally, an alternative strategy could be beneficial. “Except for when you require Ted Black or Harvey Specter to intervene for a truly exceptional outcome,” he hinted playfully.
