Sadie Sink Joins Tom Holland in Spider-Man 4: What You Need to Know!

It appears that the gossips about Marvel were correct, to some extent, since Sadie Sink from “Stranger Things” has officially joined the cast of Spider-Man 4, alongside Tom Holland.

Welcome Sadie Sink to the MCU

According to Deadline, it’s been announced that production for “Spider-Man 4” is scheduled to begin towards the end of this year. The report also mentions that Sadie Sink has signed on to be part of the film. However, neither Sony nor Marvel have made any official comments about this casting news.

Who is Sadie Sink playing?

It was speculated that Sadie Sink might be the top choice to portray Jean Grey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s X-Men, potentially making her first appearance as early as the movie “Avengers: Doomsday.

As reported by Deadline, it remains uncertain which 22-year-old actress will take on the role, but there are speculations that she might be cast as the X-Men character Jean Grey in Spider-Man 4, according to the prevailing theory.

As for any link between Spider-Man and Jean Grey, I can’t immediately think of one. However, keep in mind that it’s not impossible for her to appear as a different red-haired character that is well-known within the Spider-Man universe.

I’ve got an intriguing take on the role Sadie Sink might play in “Spider-Man 4.” It’s not confirmed, but it’s fun to speculate. Could she be the live-action version of Mary Jane, or perhaps Firestar? Now, that would be quite a twist! Or maybe she’ll take on a villainous role, like Janine Godbe (Hallows’ Eve). Another possibility could be Gwen Stacy, also known as Spider-Gwen.

In the finale of “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, Doctor Strange casts a spell causing everyone, including MJ, Ned, and all his friends, to forget who Peter Parker is. It’s been speculated that Zendaya will have a smaller role in the upcoming film, with Sadie Sink taking on a new female lead character opposite Tom Holland. Some fans believe this new character could be the Black Cat, but I find myself wondering if it might instead be a stronger, multiverse-traveling version of MJ, who goes by Jackpot in the comics and possesses powers now.
