So, the crypto bros are having a little meltdown, or maybe a big one. Bitcoin took a nosedive below $80,000 on Monday, and now everyone’s playing armchair quarterback about where it’s gonna land.

These so-called “experts” are pulling out all the stops, throwing around words like “historical patterns” and “macroeconomic factors” like they’re some kinda fancy brunch dish. Me? I just want to know if I should invest in some pizza instead. 🍕

Where Could Bitcoin Find Its Bottom? 🤔

Arthur Hayes, the guy who started BitMEX (which, let’s be real, sounds like a place where they sell questionable crypto merch), thinks Bitcoin will bottom around $70,000. He’s basing this on some chart analysis, which, honey, I could do with a cup of coffee and a good bingo card. He’s also looking for signs of a global financial meltdown – you know, the usual Monday morning vibes.

“Be patient. BTC likely bottoms around 70,000 USD. 36% correction from 110,000 USD ATH, normal for a bull market,” Hayes predicted.

He’s basically saying, ‘Stay calm, everyone! It’s just a little dip. Maybe we’ll all be swimming in crypto cash soon!’ Like, come on, Arthur, you’re giving me major “Wolf of Wall Street” vibes.

Then there’s Michaël van de Poppe, who’s got a more optimistic outlook. He thinks Bitcoin has already hit its bottom and is just waiting to bounce back like a rubber ball.

“Double bottom retest on Bitcoin and, finally, a relatively quick bounce upwards. I’d like to see $82,500 – $83,500 break. If that happens, we’ll see an even stronger move upwards,” Michaël van de Poppe predicted.

But even he’s not ruling out another dip. Talk about a rollercoaster ride!

Meanwhile, some folks are bracing for the worst. Investor Doctor Profit, who I’m guessing is a real doctor and not just a guy with a fancy title, thinks Bitcoin could crash to $50,000 if the US economy goes into recession. He’s already setting his buy orders, like a digital Gordon Gekko.

“Bitcoin entry – Recession scenario. Orders are set, preparing to hunt the wicks,” Doctor Profit commented.
