On March 4, 2025, during an episode of The Young and the Restless, viewers saw a conversation between Nick and Summer at Crimson Lights. Esther showed up, carrying beverages, expressing concern over Sharon’s silence in response to her messages since she seemed unresponsive.

In a bid to ease the tension, Nick mentioned he had been at a spa. Later on, Chance disclosed that there were no records indicating Phyllis had traveled anywhere. Summer added she would have informed Daniel if she had any business trips. Then, Chance learned during a call that there was no proof of Sharon visiting Sedona either.

Afterward, Nick inquired from Summer regarding their relationship with Chance. In this conversation, she admitted that she felt displeased with the way her sibling was handled during the murder probe by him.

Additionally, Daniel and William participated, as Chance disclosed that the mysterious call from Phyllis originated at the GCAC garage, and there were no traces of Sharon in any records. Subsequently, they all engaged in a discussion about the possible events that may have transpired.

Meanwhile, down in the basement where Sharon and Phyllis are confined, Phyllis discovered upon waking that there was no alarm clock around. Sharon searched for signs of helpful items, but Phyllis felt they might not have left any useful tools by their captor.

At some point, they started arguing once more. During this argument, Phyllis suggested that perhaps Sharon’s past patients were involved in their kidnapping, and even ridiculed her for crying. This made Sharon wonder whether their captor wanted them to become hostile towards each other.

Later on, Phyllis, seething with anger, grabbed a chair in an attempt to shatter the window. However, Sharon intervened, preventing it and cautioned Phyllis that such actions could lead to their deaths. She hypothesized that the individual operating the intercom was likely aware of them and harbored dislike towards them.

Later on, a voice echoed over the intercom system, posing a puzzle to them: “What has immense value yet costs nothing?” It was emphasized that the game itself was the only aspect of importance.
