According to her friend Amanda de Cadenet, it’s known that Michelle Trachtenberg was cognizant of potential health hazards leading up to her demise. In the final months before her passing, she acknowledged her grave illness and sought treatment in a hospital.

De Cadenet, a TV personality and photographer, shared on Instagram, “I won’t disclose what we discussed over the past six months, but you were aware of the likelihood of death. I’m regretful that the end result wasn’t more favorable.

In an updated version of her original post, the photographer expressed heartfelt tribute to the actress from Gossip Girl. Additionally, she recalled a past FaceTime conversation with Trachtenberg, who contacted her from a hospital room, noting that despite physical changes, her wit and kindness remained unchanged.

She wrote, “You’ll forever be etched in my memory as the vibrant young woman I captured a photo of… And during our recent FaceTime call from the hospital, although you didn’t seem like yourself, your kindness and humor remained evident.

Despite declining to disclose specifics about their recent confidential conversations over the past half year, de Cadenet did acknowledge that Trachtenberg came to understand the severity of her health predicament and the likelihood of a sorrowful conclusion. She expressed her hope for her friend’s tranquility and an easy transition.

On this past Wednesday morning, actress Michelle Trachtenberg tragically died at her New York City residence due to a heart attack. It’s been mentioned that she underwent a liver transplant within the last year; however, the precise reason behind her demise remains undisclosed as of now.
