The film “Matthew Perry: A Hollywood Tragedy” is now available digitally, and upon its release, it has disclosed an important detail regarding the instances where ketamine was allegedly injected into the actor during his passing in October 2023.
The documentary features perspectives from ex-U.S. Attorney Martin Estrada, who earlier disclosed that the accused exploited the comedian during their last moments together.
In overseeing the investigation into the actor’s demise, it came to light that records indicate he had been given ketamine a total of 27 times, ultimately causing his death while soaking in his hot tub.
Following the death of actor Luke Perry at 54 years old, five individuals were apprehended in relation to the investigation. Among them was Jasveen Sangha, often referred to as the Ketamine Queen, who was found guilty for distributing the drug. It’s alleged that this drug was then administered to Perry by his personal assistant using Dr. Plasencia’s syringes.
In the continuing part of the documentary, the ex-lawyer expressed that Dr. Plasencia was explicitly stating through text messages about seeing the situation as a chance to earn a significant sum in a brief period, and it’s claimed that he followed through with this action.
Moreover, Estrada mentioned that in past instances, it was no longer the victim who was held responsible for an overdose. In current situations, it’s the drug vendors and peddlers who exploit addicts who bear the responsibility. He further emphasized, “The main lesson from this case is that when individuals engage in reckless behavior like drug dealing or other actions lead to someone else’s death, there should be consequences.
Matthew Perry became well-known for portraying Chandler, a beloved character from the sitcom Friends. Tragically, the actor was discovered unconscious in a bathtub on October 28, 2023, and subsequently pronounced dead.
