Upon learning about Roberto Orci’s passing, Joe Russo expressed on X, “My first Hollywood boss declared that the Star Trek script was the best he’d ever encountered, and he wasn’t exaggerating.” Additionally, the director of Avengers: Infinity War remarked that the deceased screenwriter possessed a talent spanning generations. He believes Orci would have continued to produce remarkable works in the future.

Lucy Lawless, famous for her role in Xena: Warrior Princess, expressed her sorrow on social media by saying, “I’m deeply saddened by Bob’s death. He was a charming, kind individual and an incredibly gifted artist. My sincere condolences go out to everyone who adored him.

Joining the name was Deadpool creator Rob Liefeld, who stated that he enjoyed Orci’s work.
