The show “White Lotus” consistently keeps viewers guessing with captivating plot twists and thought-provoking scenes. This season also featured a well-known actor in a brief, yet impactful appearance.
In the third season’s latest episode of the series, which aired on February 23, 2025, Jason Isaacs was depicted making a call. However, the identity of the person on the other end remained hidden in this particular episode. Yet, the voice heard on the call seemed remarkably familiar.
Currently, according to a recent report by People, it appears that Timothy Ratliff of Isaacs had a phone conversation with his business associate, who was voiced by Ke Huy Quan – yes, you guessed it, the actor famed for his role in Everything Everywhere All at Once. In this call, Quan’s character was Kenny. Following the premiere of the HBO series, which initiated an investigation into Timothy for financial misconduct, he received several answers from his business partner during the latest episode.
Furthermore, it appears that Ke Huy Quan’s name is not listed for his roles on IMDb, however, HBO’s representatives have verified to the media outlet that it was indeed the Academy Award winner who provided the voice for both the caller and Kenny in the series.
In the most recent installment of The White Lotus, Timothy inquired from Kenny, “Why is The Wall Street Journal contacting me?” To which Kenny responded angrily, “I don’t give a damn about your story. It’s because 20 agents just stormed my office! I’m fed up. I’ve had enough.”
Timothy asked, “Why is The Wall Street Journal reaching out to me?” Kenny answered, “I don’t care about the story. It’s because 20 agents just barged into my office! I’m frustrated and done.
It’s not uncommon that Mike White, the mastermind behind The White Lotus, invites well-known figures for brief appearances on the show. In season 2, Laura Dern portrayed the agitated spouse of Michael Imperioli’s character, Dominic, who went by Abby. Over the phone, Dern delivered a scathing reprimand to a prominent Hollywood personality.
