On January 16, 2025, the delightful new season of the To All The Boys spin-off, consisting of eight captivating episodes, was released on Netflix, swiftly climbing to the top of their most-watched series. Notably, it also included a much-loved appearance by Noah Centineo reprising his role as Peter Kavinsky. Unfortunately, at this time, there are no plans for additional episodes in Season 2.

Unlike the first season, which had ten separate episodes, the second season was structured around a more condensed storyline. Netflix didn’t reveal that the season would be split into two parts, suggesting instead that the season concluded with Episode 8, where Kitty and Min-ho’s relationship develops from foes to friends to possibly lovers in the dramatic finale, leaving viewers on a cliffhanger.

Despite some speculation, fans can look forward to continuing Kitty Song Covey’s adventures as Netflix has confirmed that XO, Kitty will return for a third season. As reported by What’s on Netflix, filming is set to begin in South Korea next April and should conclude by June 2025.

The current season follows Kitty’s journey back to Seoul following a second opportunity from KISS. Her love life takes center stage as she juggles family and academic challenges, and fresh love triangles emerge. The finale ended with numerous unresolved questions, particularly about her budding relationship with Min Ho, leaving viewers eagerly waiting for Season 3.

The upcoming season of the show is expected to introduce some fresh characters, according to reports. Among them are Marcus, a wealthy and enigmatic figure who identifies within the LGBTQ+ community; Ji-Young, a Korean fashion designer living abroad; and Philippa, another significant newcomer. Additionally, they will be joined by two guest stars portraying the roles of Dr. Sherwin Jamshidi and Dr. Vanessa Jamshidi.
