Interestingly, she and Affleck are still grappling with finding buyers for their previous shared home in Beverly Hills.

Lopez’s expansive 2.5-acre property features a grand 10,046-square-foot main residence, a barn, stables, a riding arena, a guest house, and a swimming pool. The interior is adorned with high-end facilities such as a private cinema, a gourmet kitchen fit for a chef, and a cutting-edge fitness center. Notably, this estate was previously owned by John Fogerty, the founder of Creedence Clearwater Revival, who later sold it to Sylvester Stallone before passing it on to Lopez, as reported by TMZ.

In May 2023, the $61 million Beverly Hills property purchased by Lopez and Affleck is still up for sale. Originally listed privately, the grand estate, known as Crestview Manor, was publicly marketed at $68 million in July. This expansive mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, a guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a 12-car garage. Other amenities include a home bar, sports lounge, boxing ring, courts for basketball and pickleball.

Initially, the ex-pair agreed to a $64 million deal with a buyer from New Jersey; however, this agreement fell through in September. As of December 2024, the mansion remains unclaimed, despite ongoing interest from the potential buyers. According to PEOPLE’s sources, Lopez and Affleck had some differences over the purchase. Affleck viewed it as suitable for their combined family, while Lopez favored a more European-inspired design. Additionally, Affleck found the location less practical for his Brentwood lifestyle and kids.
