Since 2021, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna have been in a loving relationship, offering unwavering support to one another. During his recent assault trial proceedings that concluded on Tuesday, the rapper requested that Rihanna refrain from attending the court sessions.

Based on Daily Mail reports, Joe Tacopina, Rocky’s attorney, disclosed to the press that the rapper values his girlfriend’s peace of mind and sought to shield her from distressing circumstances.

Nevertheless, Rihanna remained steadfastly by his side, much like a strong pillar. In conversation with reporters outside the court, Tacopina disclosed, “He preferred her absence… I found myself aligning with his choice to keep her distant – the trial is not about Rihanna.

In the meantime, Rihanna, who was determined and unwilling to back down, told the lawyer, “Joe, even if wild horses were trying to stop me, they wouldn’t.” As for the singer, Tacopina stated that Rihanna was extremely dedicated to standing by A$AP Rocky.

Conversely, prosecutors found Rihanna’s attendance at the court less than pleasing, fearing her presence might sway the jury’s verdict.

Throughout the trial, Rihanna kept her composure, but once Rocky was declared not guilty, her feelings became evident. After the decision, the rapper rushed to embrace the musician.

On Tuesday, A$AP Rocky received a court summons due to two charges of assault, which are said to have occurred four years prior.

Additionally, it was disclosed that the presence of Rihanna during the court proceedings provided a soothing and protective atmosphere for her relatives throughout the trial.
