The issue with upgrading your helmet is that the superior models are often quite heavy, making them impractical until Henry has enough strength to wear one comfortably. Once Henry can effortlessly bear the weight of a heavier yet highly protective helmet, look out for the Mail Hood adorned with a Coat of Arms.

You can acquire this upgrade more quickly because the improved collars aren’t significantly heavier than the standard ones and they are among the least expensive items to upgrade. The top-tier collar in the game, the Mail Collar With Badge, costs approximately 300 groschen, but you might even find it on guards if you manage to loot them.

As a dedicated fan, I must confess that encountering a Milanese Cuirass in the wild is quite rare. Unless my character, Henry, intentionally seeks it out during specific missions, he’ll have to part with nearly 5,000 groschen to acquire one from Kuttenberg.
