The much-awaited high season has returned! Last week, the renowned streetwear label unveiled a sneak peek of their Spring/Summer 2025 collection, followed by the full lookbook and product lineup on Monday. Alongside thrilling new unveilings featuring partnerships with artists such as Damien Hirst and Aphex Twin, they also disclosed one of their future collaborations with Nike.

For the past year, we’ve been discussing the upcoming five-part Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low project, but it was Supreme’s much-anticipated Air Max 1 ’87 project that surfaced this week. Although we don’t have a full set of images showcasing the shoe yet, two looks reveal the sneaker in its “Black” colorway. This version appears to be entirely black, except for the silver aglets and white lateral Swooshes visible in these photos. Last year, SneakerMarketRO reported that three other colorways – “White”, “Varsity Purple”, and “Speed Yellow” – will also be available when this pair is released later this year.

Currently, neither Supreme nor Nike have officially announced which color variations of their upcoming Air Max 1 ’87 will be released and when. Keep an eye out for further updates, including a sneak peek at all the retail versions, as they are expected to become available sometime during Supreme’s Spring/Summer 2025 season through Supreme at a starting price of $170 USD per pair.
