In spite of the loss, Jason Kelce found it unusual watching the game. Expressing his feelings about his brother’s team’s defeat at the event, the podcast host took to X and posted, accompanied by a lengthy caption.
In a recent social media post, the former Philadelphia Eagles player candidly expressed, “Watching that game was unusual for me, to put it plainly. I’d expected a whirlwind of feelings before, during, and after, and now I understand what my parents went through two years ago – a sentiment shared by Travis and his family.
Additionally, the athlete who decided to retire from the game in March 2024 expressed, “I felt torn between two important aspects of my life. On one side, I wished for my brother’s achievements and success. At the same time, there are numerous individuals – teammates, coaches, and members of the Philadelphia Eagles organization – whom I hold dear, and whose support has significantly contributed to my own career accomplishments.
In the matchup with The Eagles, the Kansas City Chiefs suffered a 40-22 defeat. Showing both worry and affection, Jason shared that nobody means more to him than Travis, and he deeply cherishes him.
At the post-game press conference, Travis Kelce also commented on the loss, stating, “We haven’t played terribly all season.” He further added, “A loss like this doesn’t happen without a series of unfortunate events.
