Kotaro Shono, ‘World’s End Harem’ Artist, Is Coming Back with a New Manga, ‘Mekkoku no Kangan,’ in February

The creator of “World’s End Harem,” Kotaro Shono, is once again diving into the world of harem manga, this time collaborating with Kei Saikawa, author of “Hero Organization.” Their new series is titled “Eunuch of the Fallen Kingdom” (tentatively translated as “Mekkoku no Kangan)” in English. The official English title will be revealed soon.

The manga is set to launch on February 10th, offering English and Spanish versions simultaneously on MANGA Plus by SHUEISHA, just as it premieres in Japan on Shonen Jump+. This captivating tale unfolds within a lavish harem palace brimming with intricate secrets, categorized as an exquisitely beautiful foreign suspense thriller.

Previously, the manga titled “World’s End Harem” was penned by LINK and serialized on Shonen Jump+ starting from May 2016, concluding in June 2020. The continuation of this series, named “World’s End Harem: After World,” picked up from May 2021 to May 2023. The storyline came to an end on May 7, 2023, following the introduction of its final story arc in December 2022. Additionally, it received an anime adaptation by AXsiZ and Gokumi that aired between October 2021 and March 2022.

Simultaneously, Saikawa is engrossed in penning the “Hero Organization” series, which debuted in September 2024 on Shonen Jump+ and MANGA Plus. This storyline takes place in a future world where humanity has to migrate to space to survive, but encounters fearsome creatures known as ‘Star Beasts.’
