โIt’s the altcoin 19b-4 to be acknowledged; the rest were told to withdraw by Genslerโs SEC. Throw in the comments from SEC on the S-1 and this filing is by far the furthest along checking all the boxes. The question now is will this SEC wait the full 240 days or approve more rapidly.โ
But let’s not get too excited yet. This SEC acknowledgment doesn’t mean the Litecoin ETF is a done deal. The SEC’s got a lot of altcoin ETFs on their plate, and not all of them are going to make the cut. ๐ฅ
