According to The New York Post, Starbucks plans to resurrect certain pre-COVID practices such as free refills and self-serve condiment stations.

patrons who ask for their drinks to be consumed on the premises will receive them in either ceramic mugs, glasses, or their personal drink containers. Those using disposable containers won’t benefit from this offer. There will also be self-service stations available with milk, sugar, spices, and stirrers.
