Skill Rundown
Boring, Meow!
Trigger: Stack 9 or more chains on any tile.
Activating this conditional ability will make the Fiend lower the attack power of all your units to zero. So, avoid activating it at all costs!
Play With Me, Meow!
This ability tends to be challenging because the chain buff increases the chance of activating C2. To avoid complications, your whole team could evade this strike, but keep in mind that a team member using a 2-hit skill may unintentionally become the main target, moving closer to achieving 9 chains without actually reaching it.
The taunt makes it so that you will always hit the weakpoint. Sweet!
Gotcha, Meow!
Trigger: Any part has the taunt buff.
As soon as event S1 occurs, activate unit C1 promptly. To benefit from its property and damage bonuses, deploy your light Damage Per Second (DPS) units to endure the initial impact instead.
I’m Bored, Meow!
As a devoted player, I encourage you to pour on the damage with your DPS squad during this round, maximizing our offensive power. Once the Fiend has fully buffed up over the next turn or so, it’s time for us to unleash our devastating blows in the following two turns. Let’s show them who’s boss!
I’m Angry, Meow!
A simple damaging skill. Keep attacking!
Exciting, Meow!
After a team change, the new team comes on while the monster (Fiend) resets and reactivates its condition-based abilities, returning to Stage 1.
Hunting the Fiend
S1 → C1 → S2 → S3 → S4
C1 will trigger no matter what after S1. Stack buffs from C1, and S2, and go ham on the Fiend.
Make sure not to trigger C2, which happens when you apply 9 chains on any part.
Light DPS Review
This field is optimized for the single-target queen. Her immense damage on the vulnerable spot makes her an exceptionally powerful pick for this Hunt.
Sacred Justia (×12 AoE) — Also a very strong contender, being able to hit every tile (7 targets).
Due to the recent boosts in her abilities, Angelica’s area-of-effect (AoE) damage for Fiend Hunt has become incredibly potent. She currently stands as the top choice for magical damage per second (DPS) during this hunt.
In team compositions focusing on high damage output (AoE), Michaela may struggle to keep up. However, she can still help you progress to level 10.
For this Hunt, Yuri (with an Area of Effect of 8) offers a reasonable amount of damage. However, be cautious not to remove the Fiend’s taunt buff before its first skill upgrade (C1), or else you might encounter some issues.
