A wave of astonishment has swept through both Hollywood enthusiasts and professionals following reports about a French woman who fell prey to impostors claiming to be Brad Pitt. The unfortunate woman is said to have parted with approximately $850,000 and her marriage, as she was led to believe that she was in a romantic relationship with the World War Z actor.

Following the disturbing event, Brad Pitt’s spokespeople communicated to Entertainment Weekly, expressing their dismay that fraudsters capitalize on fans’ deep-seated attachment towards celebrities.
