The Fly Team is set for challenging circumstances when ‘FBI: International‘ resumes on January 28th. Following the surprising climax of the winter finale, where character Vo (played by Vinessa Vidotto) was wounded, they are hit with another predicament: one of their own has vanished without a trace. It appears that Greg Csonka (portrayed by Beau Knapp) could be at the heart of this mystery, as he attempts to outmaneuver the team in his bid for freedom.
CBS has unveiled snapshots from Episode 9 of Season 4, titled “The Kill Floor,” giving us a glimpse of the high-stress scenarios upcoming. In this episode, Andre (played by Carter Redwood) gets abducted in Budapest, which puts the Fly Team under pressure as they race against time to rescue him. Given Csonka’s lethal background, the situation grows more perilous with each passing moment.
As a film enthusiast, I’m on the edge of my seat as I watch the team frantically trying to pinpoint Csonka’s whereabouts. Yet, it seems he’s been lurking just around the corner, meticulously plotting his next step. A chilling photograph reveals Andre being snatched away by mysterious figures and delivered to none other than Csonka himself. Upon Wes (Jesse Lee Soffer) and the team’s arrival, they only manage to find Andre’s abandoned phone, leaving us guessing about his whereabouts. It remains a mystery what advantages Csonka hopes to reap by kidnapping Andre, but it’s evident that he has a cunning strategy in mind, intending to use him as a bargaining chip for his release.
In the aftermath of Episode 8’s ambush, Vo’s health remains precarious due to his severe injuries. A hospital setting suggests grim news from the medical staff, intensifying the stress on the Fly Team. The simultaneous battles for Vo’s life and the mission to rescue Andre test everyone’s resilience. Fortunately, Wes’ friend, Special Agent Tyler Booth (played by Jay Hayden), lends a hand to the team during this tense situation.

Be sure not to skip the upcoming mid-season return of ‘FBI: International’ on CBS, airing on Tuesday, January 28th. This exciting episode has been scripted by executive producer Matt Olmstead and Edgar Castillo, with direction by Alex Zakrzewski.
