‘A Working Man’ – an upcoming action-thriller from director David Ayer and co-writer Sylvester Stallone, adapted from Chuck Dixon’s novel ‘Levon’s Trade.’ The film features Jason Statham, David Harbour, Michael Peña, and Jason Flemyng. The story revolves around Levon Cade, a former black ops agent now working in construction, who is compelled to revisit his perilous past when his boss’s daughter goes missing. In doing so, he uncovers a sinister plot that endangers his peaceful existence.
Today, the long-anticipated film has unveiled its initial preview, brimming with action scenes and a captivating plotline. Here’s where you can watch it: [insert link]
Originally, Sylvester Stallone conceived “Levon’s Trade” as a television show, but it eventually morphed into a film. David Ayer has been tapped as the director, and Jason Statham is set to take on the lead role. In 2024, MGM secured the U.S. distribution rights, and given that Chuck Dixon’s book series provides a rich source material, the project was planned with potential for sequels in mind.
In April 2024, notable names like David Harbour and Michael Peña were added to the project’s cast. Filming for this production started in London and Berkshire, and it concluded on May 31, 2024.
In addition to the main characters, this production stars Jason Flemyng, Arianna Rivas playing Jenny, Noemi Gonzalez, Emmett J. Scanlan, Eve Mauro, Maximilian Osinski, Kristina Poli, and Andrej Kaminsky.
As a dedicated cinephile, I’m thrilled to share that starting March 28, 2025, I can’t wait to catch ‘A Working Man’ in the US cinemas, graciously brought to us by Amazon MGM Studios!
