As a seasoned gamer with decades of Pokémon adventures under my belt, I must say that the upcoming collaboration between The Pokémon Company and Aardman is nothing short of a dream come true! From watching Ash Ketchum’s journey in the original anime series to battling my friends in the latest games, I’ve always been captivated by this world filled with quirky creatures and endless possibilities.
Two things we absolutely love are joining forces to bring about something fantastic, and guess what? The Pokémon Company is partnering with Aardman Animations for an exhilarating collaboration! We’re simply thrilled at the prospect of witnessing Pokémon morph from clay right before our eyes – this promises to be a treat! While we’ve enjoyed various Pokémon journeys so far, such as their heartwarming stop-motion series and the engaging Pokémon Monopoly game, we’re yet to see clay-made Pokémon. Known for their exceptional animation work, Aardman Animations has consistently brought us delight with their distinctive style.
It looks like we’ll need to exercise some patience as the collaboration between Pokémon and Aardman won’t be released until 2027, but remember that great things are worth waiting for! As per a recent announcement, Aardman Studios will apply their distinctive narrative style to the Pokémon universe in entirely new tales, which we’re really looking forward to!
Taito Okiura, the Vice President of Marketing and Media at The Pokémon Company International, expressed that this collaboration with Aardman is a long-held dream for Pokémon. Aardman are experts in their field, and their skill and creativity have left us utterly amazed. What we’ve been working on together promises an unforgettable experience for our worldwide Pokémon fans!
For the moment, we’re only given a glimpse of the unique partnership between Pokémon and Aardman Studios, showcasing just one clay Poké Ball.
