As a lifestyle expert with a penchant for talk shows, I must admit that witnessing the finale of The Talk was bittersweet. With 15 years under its belt and nearly 10,800 guests, it’s safe to say that this show has been a staple in many households, myself included.

After 15 years on TV, The Talk has said its farewell to its loyal viewers. Hosts like Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood raised champagne glasses to bid a touching goodbye to the audience. Furthermore, the show’s producers gathered the cast and staff on stage for a celebratory toast.

Morales stepped into the spotlight to express gratitude to both the audience and her team, stating, “We appreciate each of you for joining us, sharing our laughter, and at times, shedding tears together with us.

The host continued by expressing gratitude, “It’s great that everyone could join us today, our fantastic team behind the scenes who work tirelessly with us daily, to our dedicated producers, to our faithful viewers—so many of whom have consistently graced these seats—and to our esteemed executive producers. To all the amazing people here in this daytime studio, we’ll miss you terribly.

Together with the actors and the live audience, everyone stepped onto the stage to mark the last moments of the series. Amidst the emotional mix of happiness and sadness, Understood also took the microphone to express gratitude towards the viewers, saying, “We are thankful to God for 15 incredible seasons. We appreciate your support.

In a turn of events, O’Connell expressed, “I revisited my initial episode. Honestly, I can hardly believe it myself, but I was literally on the edge of my seat while watching. Incidentally, after the show, Sheryl pulled me aside and said something like, ‘Hey there, you seem to have been here before. Just play it cool.’ I feel compelled to express my gratitude towards Sheryl.

The finale episode of The Talk included multiple segments, where the montages of the hosts featured on the screens. The slideshow talked about the history of the show, which ran for 15 years, with nearly 10,800 guests gracing the show.
