This little blue Heeler has captured the hearts of countless families, and watching her adventures unfold is always a delight. The fact that Disney and BBC Studios are teaming up for this CG-animated film makes it all the more promising, especially considering the show’s vocal talent and composer will be returning.
For any of us who have small kids (or at least interact with them on a somewhat regular basis), we know that Bluey is a big deal for them. The titular, adorable Blue Heeler doggie and her sweet family are a staple on Disney+ after years of success on Australian TV. Bluey’s high energy and overall curiosity about the big world around her is frankly adorable and the merch is aww-inspiring. She’s very much the next generation’s version of Blue from Blue’s Clues, except she actually talks. So it is not shocking that a Bluey movie is coming our way in 2027.
As reported by “The Hollywood Reporter”, Disney and BBC Studios are teaming up to produce the computer-animated movie version of “Bluey”. The original voice cast and the series’ composer will be returning for this upcoming film, ensuring continuity in their roles.
