Josh O’Connor Reveals How He Got Spoiled On Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery Sets

Oh my goodness, as a die-hard fan who’s practically lived, breathed, and dreamt Knives Out since its inception, I must say that the upcoming third installment has me more excited than ever! And what makes it even better is getting an insight into the life of one of the stars, Josh O’Connor.

Another mystery remains unsolved as Knives Out 3 is set to launch soon. Meanwhile, one of its stars, Josh O’Connor, recently opened up about getting spoiled on the set of Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery.

Reflecting on my time while filming the much-awaited Netflix production, I shared some thoughts with none other than Daniel Craig, my esteemed co-star and the star of the franchise, during a chat for Variety.

This summer, the two actors have been keeping themselves occupied by embodying their individual roles. Reflecting on his housing situation during filming, Michael Sheen, who played one of the Challengers, expressed his sentiments: “That’s the finest trailer I’ve ever stayed in throughout my career. It beats my flat in London.

He also mentioned spending a lot of time knocking on the Quantum of Solace actor’s door.

If you’re not aware, Craig is set to once again portray Benoit Blanc, the renowned detective, in the movie titled “Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery” on Netflix. This new case, as they describe it, is said to be the most perilous one that Blanc has ever encountered throughout his career.

In addition to Daniel Craig (from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and Josh O’Connor, this production also boasts renowned actors like Jeremy Renner, Mila Kunis, Josh Brolin, Cailee Spaeny, as well as Kerry Washington and Glenn Close.

However, this is not the first time the franchise has assembled a star-studded cast.

In the inaugural Knives Out movie, the creators assembled a talented cast consisting of Ana de Armas, Chris Evans, Christopher Plummer, Toni Collette, Michael Shannon, Jamie Lee Curtis, and LaKeith Stanfield.

Just as I can’t contain my excitement, let me tell you about the stellar cast for the 2022 sequel! Edward Norton is joining forces with Madelyn Cline, Kate Hudson, Janelle Monáe, Dave Bautista, Jessica Henwick, Kathryn Hahn, and none other than Ethan Hawke. I can hardly wait to see these talented individuals bring their characters to life on the big screen!
