SEVERANCE Season 2 Trailer Is Here, and Good News! It’s Still Weird

As a devoted fan of mind-bending television series, I can confidently say that the return of Severance is an event that has me on the edge of my seat. Ever since the nail-biting season one finale, I’ve been eagerly awaiting January 17, 2025, like a hawk waits for its prey.

The first season of Apple TV+’s peculiar series “Severance” concluded with an exhilarating cliffhanger back in April 2022. The characters known as innies uncovered some astonishing new details, and Mark S., portrayed by Adam Scott, desperately tried to expose the truth to his outie’s sister before things went awry. Since then, we have waited nearly three years for more developments. Fortunately, season two will premiere on January 17, 2025! To add to the excitement, a new trailer has been released. So, if you were wondering about the series’ progression, rest assured that it remains as enigmatic as ever.

If you assumed things were either perfectly fine or at least tolerable for the four employees of Lumon, you’d be mistaken. Not only are they still employed by the company under the watchful eye of Mr. Milchick, but they’ve also gained notoriety. Surprisingly, even Mark S., who one might expect to flee given his outie’s deceased wife Gemma is believed to be Casey, remains. Alas, what can a man trapped like a severed limb do?

The nightmare scenario of not controlling your own life, or even knowing what happens for half of it, seems all the more terrifying in the trailer. But what makes me even more nervous/excited is the apparently knowledge that we’ll see what the hell was up with the damn goats! Why goats, man?! Few shows make me this unsettled, in the best way, and the fact that it’s funny, too, is just icing on the cake.

We’re absolutely thrilled to be a part of it! We can hardly wait for the new season to begin, which will at least give us something exciting to anticipate during the rather dismal month of January.

Severance season two premieres January 17, 2025, on Apple TV+. Subscription required, you fool.
